Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Canadian Medical Center Company have approved to distribute cash dividends, equivalent to 15% of the nominal share value, for the first half (H1) of 2021.

The cash dividend distribution stands at SAR 1.5 per share, aggregating at a total value of SAR 11.55 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) has agreed on the dividend policy for 2021 and 2022, which aims to pay SAR 1.5 per share for each half-year period.

The dividend policy will be subject to changes based on any fundamental changes in the company's strategy, sharp fluctuations in prices, or any future obligations on the company in the future.
